Ulrika Saar studio is a clever, compact designed studio. This studio is an office, extra bedroom with ensuite, separate laundry and workshop/shed storage. Consisting of floating celestial windows, perfectly clad in external hardwood doors ripped by Russ himself, lined with internal plywood, concrete floor & benchtops. This studio will be Ulrika's architectural work space and extra space when her family from Denmark come to stay.

Narrow access restricts the size of earthmoving equipment.
Foundations and drainage at first present incredible chaos.
Once the turf is laid the site is transformed.
